Unilateral wheezing/rales/decreased breath sounds
Foreign-body
Age >6 mo
aspiration
Choking episode associated with onset of symptoms
Abrupt onset or prolonged symptoms despite appropriate
therapy
Unilateral wheezing or decreased breath sounds
Intellectual disability
History of tracheal surgery/tracheostomy
