Yulugh divide and reproduce asexually—one becomes
two which then become four and then eight in a matter
of hours. They excrete a weak but tenacious acid that
softens timbers, stone, and leather, and even burns the
skin after prolonged or repeated exposure.

Yulugh can quickly burrow into the earth to hide,
which makes them difficult to find and root out. In the
wastelands, wanderers always suspect an abandoned
cart or wagon of being infested with yulugh. Unless
desperate for some other provisions, such are therefore
approached cautiously or given a wide berth.
