A. INTRODUCTION
In this report, I will demonstrate the most important talent for achieving more success in life and at work.
Communication, problem-solving, time management, and critical reasoning are among these abilities. All
of these topics will be discussed in depth in this report, and these abilities will be shown through group
work. The training event is scheduled over a five –days period at a nearby residential center, and will
include a number of workshops, coaching sessions and team-building activities. The center requires a
schedule of the types of activities proposed so that plans can be finalized. In addition, any guest speakers
or motivational coaches will also require a minimum of three weeks’ notice for all bookings. You have
also been asked to design and deliver a workshop as part of the training event based on the dynamics of
team working.

The Communication model has a sender who is sending the message and the receiver who is receiving
the message. In between, the speech or ideas need to be simple enough to be decoded and
understood by the receiver. If the ideas are not presented properly, then decoding is improper and the
receiver does not understand. (Bhasin, 2019).

D. DEMONSTRATE THE USE OF DIFFERENT PROBLEMSOLVING TECHNIQUES IN THE DESIGN AND DELIVERY OF
AN EVENT (P3)
I. Definition and the importance of problem solving
1. Definition of problem solving
Problem-solving is a process of solving any kind of problem. This process is acted upon in some steps.
These steps start from identifying the problem and determining the cause of the problem. After the
problem and its cause are identified, the next step is to select alternatives for the solution and implement

the solutions.
All of these steps are collectively known as a problem-solving process.

2. The importance of problem solving
You can find candidates with problem-solving skills who are cognitively prepared to manage anything
their professions throw at them.
When issues unavoidably develop, problem solvers can observe, judge, and act promptly.
There are numerous advantages to having problem-solving skills in the job:
• Ability to intelligently organize their time: The ability to manage time wisely and laser-focus on what’s
important to the business will lead to better decision-making and business impact.
• Possess the ability to prioritize, plan, and carry out strategies: Problem solvers have little trouble
evaluating customer and client needs and determining how to prioritize, plan, and implement solutions to
satisfy them.
• Capacity to think outside the box: Thinking outside of box is a key problem-solving talent in the
workplace since it typically results in better results than what was initially intended.
• Capacity to operate under pressure: Problem solvers frequently have personalities that thrive under
duress, such as looming deadlines and shifting project parameters.
• Capacity to deal with risk: Problem solvers are not only capable of dealing with the current problem, but
also of anticipating future difficulties based on trends, patterns, experience, and current events.
II. Some

techniques and tools for the problem solving

1. Some techniques for problem solving
• Describe the problem: Identify the situation so that you can concentrate on the problem rather than the
symptoms. Flowcharts may be used to indicate the expected phases of a process, and cause-and-effect
diagrams can be used to describe and evaluate fundamental causes.
• Find alternative solutions: Hold off on making a decision until you've seen a variety of problem-solving
possibilities. Considering a number of possibilities can considerably boost the worth of your ultimate

solution. You may use this goal standard to develop a road map for assessing options once you've agreed
on a "what should be" model.
• Consider the following options and choose one: When deciding on the optimal option, there are several
factors to consider:

o A precise option will fix the issue without having any unintended consequences.
o The alternative must be embraced by the majority of those involved.
o The alternative will most likely be implemented. Fits within the constraints of the organization.

2. Some tools for the problem solving
Problem solving method is used to find a solution to a given problem. There are different kinds of
problem-solving techniques to solve the problems and I would like to solve the problems by using
following problem-solving techniques in the design and delivery of an events:

Plan

Do

Check

Act

Solution
During the event, ask the members to complete their work by all
means (maybe more support from you or another colleague in place
of the colleague they are having trouble with), then Get together
and have everyone present their ideas, then analyse them their
stressors and stress management experiences, and explain to the
members about setting The interests of customers and the company
come first, that's the way professionals work.

Medium 

The essence of the event is advertising, a tool for customers to
satisfy their goals of introducing their products or services to
the public. If an agency is capable and smart enough to
combine additional goals, If you do a lot of work at an event of
the business, the organisational costs will be divided equally
among the goals according to the formula: Efficiency = Target

/ Cost. Looking at the formula, we see that the cost remains the
same, increases the target, and the efficiency increases. results
will increase.
The role of a project manager is extremely important, they
must be the person who best understands the process of

implementing the event they are in charge of. From there, they
must have experience in controlling necessary equipment,
estimating advances, and calculating the quantity to be
performed without loss and waste.

Bad

Medium 

Weather issues are the hardest to deal with so you should check
the weather forecast in advance to choose the right event date.
If a few days before the event, you have a sudden
announcement on the day of the event that there is a
thunderstorm or storm, you should postpone the event as soon
as possible, and quickly notify all guests and participants.
In addition, you need to have backup solutions for unusual
weather phenomena, for outdoor events including backup
locations.

Increase communication on social networks.
Do surveys on the desired topic.
Make calls/emails to remind customers.
Creativity in the organisation.
Choose the right location.
Create an effective viral marketing campaign.
Invite famous people.

E. DEMONSTRATE THAT CRITICAL REASONING HAS BEEN
APPLIED TO A GIVEN SOLUTION (P4)
1.Definition of critical reasoning:
People exercise critical thinking by using rationality to determine what to do or believe in a specific
situation. Employees who can engage in critical thinking are reflective, independent and competent. If
you practice critical thinking, you logically connect ideas, scrutinize and evaluate arguments, find
inconsistencies and errors in your work and the work of others, solve complex problems and engage in
reflection.

2.The importance of critical reasoning
Here are some of the ways critical thinking is important to the workplace:

Some professions require it.

Decision-making improves.

Critical thinkers are happier.

Being well-informed is a bonus.

It encourages self-reflection.

It bolsters the knowledge economy.

2.Apply to a specific solution: "The company has two possibilities."
There are numerous approaches for organizing the program such that participants obtain important
information and have a positive experience while watching it. Dinh Trong had planned to hold it outside
because the Pullman Danang Beach Resort, according to you, has a lot of open area, like the beach. So he

wants to have it outside, where the attendees will be more comfortable and less secretive. Events should
be held outside, according to Dinh Trong.

Son Tung, on the other hand, suggests that the event be held indoors rather than outdoors since, in your
opinion, arranging an event outdoors might present a number of challenges, such as terrible weather, such
as being excessively hot, wet, or windy. Can have an impact on guests and the entire event.
