The necessary range of the data evaluation and the methods needed for it are
determined by each process owner in its area of responsibility. It must be guaranteed
by the methods that necessary process security can be achieved and proven in such
a way that if necessary in time suitable improvements can be in-slid.
As minimum demand for all processes it is considered that at least 1 x. annually
process characteristic numbers must be determined. in accordance with. Description
of process to be determined must.
The management and the assigned one must be informed about these characteristic
numbers and the numbers must be summarized in the management report.
