Nowadays, Viet Nam is known as not only a potential country with

flourishing market economy but also a popular travel destination with
heart touching magnificent landscapes. Recognized as one of seven new
world heritage sites by UNESCO, charming scenes of Ha Long Bay
seems to appeal to a large number of local and foreign tourists. Coming
to HaLong Bay, you will admire the majestic nature of mountains and
enjoy fresh seafood dishes with extremely cheap prices. Besides, there
are many interesting activities i will try when I visit Halong such as:
swimming, mountain climbing, cave visiting, squid fishing and boat
rowing. To put it briefly, a mystical, dreamy and elegant Ha Long Bay
has become the pride of Vietnamese people and it is everyone’s
awareness and responsibility to conserve and preserve this precious
heritage. Are you eager to look forward to the weekend like me? After a

Vietnam is a tropical country and the weather here varies
from region to region, so any time is ideal time to travel. The
North of our country has 4 seasons: spring, summer, autumn
and winter. In spring, the weather is quite comfortable. It was
warm and a little drizzly. At that time, trees and flowers
began to bloom. In summer, the weather becomes hot and
humid. There are sudden and brief showers. My favorite

season is summer, every time summer comes, I have the

There is a famous animated ('ænimeitid)film that I think
everyone of us has seen at least once, and it is Tom and Jerry.
Almost everyone is aware of the story between the miserable
Tom and the mischievous('mistʃivəs) mouse Jerry, and it also
was part of my childhood memories. Tom and Jerry is a
movie about the non-stop race between the cat Tom and the
mouse Jerry living in the same house. Another character in
the movie is the dog Spike, and he does not seem to like Tom
at all. In the chasing scenes of the two main characters, they
sometimes run to the garden - Spike's residence - and
disturb(dis'tə:b) his sleep. Most of the time, Tom would be
the one who suffers Spike's anger while Jerry is having a big
laugh. The plot(plɔt) is simple but the film Tom and Jerry
always attracts a lot of audiences of all ages thanks to the

lovely characters and funny circumstances. Although many
years have passed, it still gives me the same attraction as the
first time.

my most memorable holiday (kì nghỉ đáng nhớ)
Last summer, I went to Nha Trang beach with my
family, it was such a memorable summer holiday. Nha
Trang is a great place to visit. The place is filled with
the friend lines sand hospitality of the people for
visitors .The weather there is very cool, pleasant, not
too hot. Not only has the weather mild ,this place also
has a fanciful land scape with fine and sand stretching,
very clear blue beach, there are many entertainment
activities such as driving cano, diving in corals. Finally,
there are delicious dishes such as banh can, banh canh ,
pancakes. We stayed in Nha Trang for a week and the
last day, I went to some gift shop near the beach to buy
souvenirs for my grandparents and my friends. When I
came back home, I felt very happy but a little regretted
because I wanted to stay there longer. I told my dad I
love Nha Trang and I hoped we can go to Nha Trang
again one summer.

Like other developing nations, Vietnam has a lot of
street markets, particularly in densely populated cities
as Ha Noi capital.In the late afternoon, you can easily
see street markets on sidewalks in Hanoi city - And
Phung Khoang is a street market which I enjoyed
visiting. You can buy tons of stuff at the night market
like phone accessories, keychain fobs, souvenirs, shoes,
clothes, sunglasses, toys and lots of different food and
drink, just to name a few. I like Phung Khoang market
because it sell many thing and very convenient for me
to buy thing. The market gave me a chance to explore
the beauty of Hanoi and the lifestyle of local people at
night. It’s also an ideal place for shopping at a rather
cheap price and even people who just go
window-shopping will find it satisfactory. As a food
lover, I love being in such a big open-air market where a
variety of food is offered from Asian to Western
cuisine.

In my free time, I often go out with my friends. Since
I'm a student from another province .I'm very excited to
go to interesting places. Especially, I like going to
AeonMall Ha Dong because it's close to the school. I'm

attending and it offers a great shopping experience
including restaurants, cafes, hospitals, lounges, cinemas.
With the most modern facilities and a safe environment,
this is an ideal shopping center for everyone when it
comes to shopping.One doesn't have to be rich to come
and shop here as the goods offered are suitable for
people of different economic backgrounds from low to
high. The game area attracts mostly game lovers and
teenagers, and what I like best here is that there are
more than hundreds of food outlets that you can choose
from. The cinema of this mall is called CGV and is
located on the same floor of the game zone- the third
floor. It's very convenient for us because as soon as we
arrive at a place, in our spare time we can participate in
many alternate activities.

Nowadays, modern technology is popular. We can buy many
machines to make our life easier. For me, I will buy three
machines: a fridge, a washing machine, and a computer. I
think they can make my life easier for some reason. First,
fridge have made lives easier for me by keeping cooked food
fresh for a long time. Besides, the cooled drink makes me feel
great on a hot day. Second, the washing machine with drying
systems is particularly helpful to people living in small
apartments where they don’t have enough space to hang and
dry clothes. And we can spend the time we wash clothes by
hand to do other work. Third, the computer is an intelligent
device for students to study. We can search documents which
are related to our curriculum or any information we are
interested in our life on the internet if that computer has a
global network. In conclusion, I want to talk that machines
have many benefits in making our life comfortable but don’t

abuse them because they also make you lazier.

Everyone has a person to love. And so do I. To me, that
person is my mother. This year, she is 50 years old. She
has a round face, black eyes and long hair. To my ways
of thinking, she is the most beautiful woman in the
world. My mom cooks very well and very hard-working.
She plays sport well, too. In her free time, she often
teaches me cooking or surfing the Internet. My mom
loves me very much. She can sacrifice everything for
me.When I have problems, I always confide to my mom.
She encourages and consoles me when I sad or when I
got bad marks. Every time I got sick, Mom spent a
sleepless night taking good care of me. She helps me
with medicine and feeds me. After one night, I felt
much better but my mother was very tired and sleepy. I

wearing of uniforms helps students not discriminate ( đít rơ mi nấy
sanh) between rich and poor. Rich or poor students all have to
wear the same( xem) clothes ( lơ sì) to school, and poor students
will not be inferior to their peers( in phía ri ơ, to đe phia). Second,
students wear uniforms that look very nice and simple. Uniforms
are beautifully designed( đìa zái) so students can wear them
comfortably( khóm trẹt lỳ) . Third, students will not waste( way sì)
time choosing clothes for school. This will help students focus
( phố kẹt) on learning instead ( in then) of thinking about how they
will wear, what to wear to school. Finally, the( đì) uniforms will
help students save on shopping costs. They will not spend too
much money to buy clothes because they always have to wear a
uniform to school. In conclusion, wearing uniform is very

Today, I will talk about a person who I think dresses very well.
She is none other than my friend, Vy. She is quite a beautiful with
a great sense of humour and her distinctive dressing styles make
her stay out-of-the-crowd. Vy is famous for her sense of style.
However, she never wears something extravagant or offensive to

everyone around her. She loves the classic style, which means, her
fashion is simple, but it turns out to be stylish all the time. As far as
I have seen her, she likes to wear comfortable dresses but those
dresses always have the touch of some sort of fashionable designs.
Vy mostly wears cotton and light dresses during the summer. In
winter, she wears jeans, long overcoats and beautiful hats. Her
preferences of shoes are quite remarkable and I seek her advice
every time I need to purchase shoes for me or whenever I am
confused what to wear in an occasion or a party.We are very close
together and she often visits my house. The reason I preferred her
because she always wears neat and clean dresses and never wears
something that contradicts the conventional dress code of an event.
She always gives the weather condition a priority while choosing
her clothes. I am very impressed by her style of dress.

I love cute animals such as cat, dog, or hamster.
My favorite pet is a dog. I love dogs because
they are cute and loyal to their owners. I have a
dog, his name is Mi Lu. Mi Lu is a dog which I
have been keeping for four years. It is a Poodle
so it is really friendly. It has bushy and soft
brown fur and glistening eyes. When I look
into its big and beautiful eyes, I just melt like
ice cream on a hot summer day. Mi Lu takes
pleasure in sniffing everything when it has
nothing particular to do. Every day, I feed the

dog biscuits and milk in the morning, rice and
meat in the afternoon.Whenever I go out in the
evening, Mi Lu always comes with me as if to
protect me . Mi Lu seems to be one of my best
friends, I love him very much!

My 19th birthday is a special and happy occasion. it was
held last year. I invited a lot of friends to the party. The
party took place outside for all the guests to enjoy fresh
air in the evening. The surrounding is covered with
plenty of colorful balloons and flashing lights. At exact
seven, all people present gathered around the table to
sing the chorus"Happy birthday to you" and clap
handsAfter that I began to blow out all the candles on
the cake. It was a great chocolate birthday cake
tastefully decorated with colorful candies and cream.
All the guests were served with various candies,
biscuits, fruits, cakes, beverages,... The party was full of
rejoicement and pleasure with laughters all the time. I
received so many meaningful birthday presents that I
bursted into tears. After finishing the party, the guests
said goodbye to us and returned home. Our family
began to clean up and soon got to sleep. It was a

The photo was taken a year ago during a summer
vacation. It was the first time my family enjoyed
summer vacation together. We decided to travel to Sam
Son beach, one of the most famous summer tourist
destinations in my country. The picture was probably

parents, my two sisters and me. It was a brilliant photo,
with everyone standing on the beach smiling. Above is
a light blue of the sky and when looking away we will
see the dark blue of the sea. All combined to create a
beautiful picture. This photo is very special to me.
Whenever I feel unhappy, just looking at a photo makes
me happy. I believe that no matter what happens, my
parents and siblings will always stand by and support
me. I think this is a photograph that I will keep for the
rest of my life and take it with me wherever I go.

Vietnam History Museum lies silently on the back of the

renowned Hanoi Opera House, at No.1 Pham Ngu Lao Street,
Hoan Kiem District. After being taken over by Vietnamese
Government, the museum changed its official name to Museum of
Vietnam History and opened to the public on 3 September
1958.Although the museum is only 2,000 m2 in total, it provides a
great overview of the history of Vietnam thanks to chronological
sequence. The site has two floors, among which Vietnam’s history
is divided into 10 different sections, from the prehistoric era to the
day when President Ho Chi Minh read out the Declaration of
Independence giving birth to Vietnam.Visitors may have to make
full use of imagination as well as sensitivity to understand artifacts
and relics exhibited in the museum. This is good chance for you to

Whoever has been to Ho Chi Minh City knows that this
place houses several historical buildings which hold
significant meaning in our history and culture. Among
these, the one that intrigues me the most is
Reunification Palace, also known as Independence
Palace. This building is extremely popular with not only
the local people but also foreign tourists. One simple
reason is that it's located in District 1, right at the heart
of Ho Chi Minh City. People could easily spot it from

far for it covers a vast area of land. In front of it is the
huge park and if you look beyond that you can see Duc
Ba Cathedral on the right and Diamond Plaza on the
left.This palace used to function as the home and
workplace of the president of South Vietnam during the
Vietnam War. It's also this building that marked the
reunification of the North and the South. These days, it
acts a reminder about our ancestor's victory and also
their sacrifice for the country freedom.

I am a sociable and easygoing person. Therefore, the
daily clothing requirement is also not too high. I like to

choose is white and black. This is a classic color tone
and very easy to coordinate. With that outfit, I can
